Running Man Challenge Has Taken Over Airline Industry

Two airlines used to flying travelers around the world are busy serving one another at the moment, and their shenanigans are proving to be quite contagious.

We welcome you to the great airline dance-off of 2016, which is currently in progress according to the Facebook feeds of both Air New Zealand and Qantas.

Back on May 5, Facebook user Janelle Oxley posted this gritty, gorgeous and, well, blurry video of Air New Zealand crew members throwing down a Running Man Challenge.

In the spirit of frivolity and goodwill, we will completely skip over the fact that this isn’t the actual and completely original Running Man dance move.

But we still give credit for having a good time.

The caption on the original Facebook posting, since deleted, read, “Your move Qantas.”

A few days and some presumed rehearsals later, Qantas did indeed answer back in kind.

Here is that airline’s sensational salvo fired across the bow.
